Zein has over 20 years’ experience in leadership coaching, guiding many leaders to understand how their capabilities best fit with the challenges in their current or future role. Clients include Bond Pierce, Eversheds, Allen & Overy, Linklaters, Freshfields, Shoosmiths and Burges Salmon. She has extensive experience in transition projects evaluating readiness to step up into leadership positions such as Partner and Equity Partner, and evaluating the leadership capabilities of new lawyers. She is a chartered psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She holds licenses for Hogan Assessments MVPI, HP and HDS, Firo-B, the GC Index. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, she has lived and worked in America, Germany and the UK.
