In conversation with Law Society Vice President I.Stephanie Boyce and guests Olivia Streater and Morgan Wolf.
I.Stephanie Boyce took office as vice-president of the Law Society in 2020 and is set to become president next year, making her the first ethnic minority President since it began. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2002 and holds a Master of Laws in public law and global governance from King’s College, London. Stephanie is an experienced general counsel and has worked in-house at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Olivia Streator started her career at Amnesty International and qualified as a solicitor at Clifford Chance. She trained as a dancer, and decided to become a dance and movement therapist, helping people who had experienced trauma and to combine this with her human rights work.
Recently, she has completed her Master of the Arts (MA) in Dance Movement Therapy, obtaining the German equivalent to a First and received a prize for achieving the top grade of her cohort and was nominated for an innovation award for her mixed methods thesis studying DMT interventions for trauma.
Morgan Wolfe is a multi-lingual commercial litigation solicitor at leading West London law firm IBB law, acting for both businesses and individuals on a range of contentious and advisory matters. American born, she converted to law following a career with the UN, and was a trainee with Goodman Derrick, joining IBB law upon qualification. With a Master of Public Administration in International Management from Oxford University, she is a proactive networker and speaker on EDI issues, and has an award from Woman on Boards. A champion of greater access to the legal profession by underrepresented groups, Morgan is a member of the Law Society Women Lawyers Division committee.

Rachel Brushfield is the founder of EnergiseLegal and Energise LLClub and is an experienced career strategist and coach, specialising in helping women solicitors to market themselves and create fulfilling portfolio careers. A published author in career management, talent management and marketing for the Law Society, Globe Law and Business, and Ark, Rachel has created content for the Law Society (careers) and LexisNexis (D&I). An experienced event designer and producer, Rachel has done multiple career events for WLD, and the Association Women Solicitors and is co-founder of her own network PWHub. Rachel supported the Law Society Returners course for over a decade, was a judge in the Marketing and Communications category of the 2019 Law Society Excellence awards and she is featured on LexisNexis’ ‘Meet the expert’ page.
